Shared-memory packets can replicate across trusted nodes and rebuild local indexes.
ProvenInfrastructure / Spyder
The shared substrate under future Manna systems.
Spyder is a local-first trusted-node project for file-native packets, reviewed work handoff, local builder cockpit runs, and safe coordination between machines.
It has proven two-node packet replication and manual work-result return, but it should still be described honestly: coordination and reviewed handoff, not autonomous distributed compute.
Local builder runs are inspected with task-fit, exact-file fences, review issues, and result summaries.
LocalReviewed work units, acknowledgements, and manual results can move through append-only artifacts.
ManualBuilder lab edits do not flow back into Manna-core automatically.
Private overlays and credentials stay out of the mesh.
Shared work artifacts should not be mutated after replication.
Online means the configured local model and node state actually work.
